Klever July Juljevich (1850-1924) - Russian painter.
Studied in the Petersburg Art Academy, firstly in an architectural class (1867-1868), and then in landscape (1868-1870) as a pupil of Vorobjev and Klodt. The landscape became original Klever’s calling. July Juljevich - the painter of the interior-academic plan, the amateur of "staging" landscapes with the dramatized effects of illumination.
