Bonnard Pierre (1867-1947) - French painter.
He was engaged in painting since very early age. Having devoted itself to the administrative career, at the same time he entered to the Julien’s Academy in 1887. In 1889 a group named "Gauguin's pupils" have been organized by him. The influence he had been experienced during this early period would exert a crucial importance for its all creativity. The artist simplifies a line and strengthens color, often using colors very any way, not including with light. Bonnar often uses expressive and comical deformations, not caring about reproduction of a reality. First of all he was a decorator, created his own style.
