Fragonard Jean Honore (1732-1806) – an outstanding painter of French rococo. He was a pupil of Jean Sharden and Francois Bushe. In 1753 he entered the royal school of elite pupils. In 1756 he went to Rome, to France Academy. In Paris Fragonard wrote for the Salon historical painting… (1765, the Louvre, Paris which was bought by the king. The artist was admitted to a court yard and received the order for an ornament of a plafond Apollo's galleries in Louvre(1766). Then there were not historical pictures, but genre stages with an easy erotic shade, juicy plots, landscapes and portraits followed...
